Can you make a choice : PDF or JPG only . Istockphoto , shutterstock, pond5, pixta do not accepts PDF files as you know. But app is very good! ツ

Great application very easy to use and complete, especially going forward step by step, to the end when a pdf is generated in the language that you have choose. If you need quick photo release this is the app.

With the new release of iOS 10.0.1 app doesnt work properly. When you open the app you cant see the top of the app that is covered by a frame. We need an update!!!!

The app is great but no longer works on my iPhone 6 Plus running 9.3.1. Just a black screen

A little difficult to learn, but once you do its great. My suggestion is just go through and try everything. Once you go over it, it works fine.

I tested the app out at home and thank god I did because after a few tries the screen went black. I tried uninstalling and reloading the app and I still get the black screen. Would have been a real problem if I tried to use it on an actual shoot. My next question is how do I get a refund?

You have to disable iCloud backup or it will crash a lot. Otherwise its a pretty good app. Been using it for about 2 years, nearly every week. 5/24/2016 Update - the latest iOS update seems to have broken a few things. The shoot sort no longer works at all, no matter which sort by you choose. The app now crashes when choosing a witness, about every other release. I have to close the app and reopen all the time now. Please dev team, fix this major bug. Another request: it would be helpful if we could disable the Adult option in the dob section. Often our models will put in their dob, and then choose adult, which then writes over their dob, invalidating the entire release.

I cannot imagine what I would do without this app. Saves me hours if time. Easy to use and figure out and avoids having to enter repetitive information whenever possible. Im so thankful that getty images accepts it.

As a photographer and videographer, I like the standard release verbiage and the fact that it is so easy to use. Also like the ability to email a copy to both myself and the model automatically.

This is a good app that backs everything up to iCloud, if it works for you. The problem is it no longer works for me. I get an error every time I try to use it and it crashes everything. Tried everything to fix it including a full reset of the iPhone but nothing works and customer support doesnt respond. Hopefully for others its just my phone that it doesnt work on.

This is one of those "why didnt I do it first" apps. Fantastic. Thank you! Update — Ive been using this app for several years now, and still love it. The ability to create customized releases that ask specific questions when completing the wizard are great. Its quick to use and while a bit complex to configure, once set up its extremely easy to use.

I recently paid the additional $3.99 for the app extension and now get a black screen. It worked for the first few days and I did two model releases. After the black screen I cant access the app anymore. I checked the two model releases and the signature are there except for the legal writing. This unacceptable!

Last updated in 2014, now 2016. I reported of some bugs, the app a now laggy and shut down on ios9. Old design and functionality

Ive used this app for years, but with iOS10 this app is starting to show its age (not updated since iOS7). The individual fields you have to fill out are behind the status bar, so you cant read them anymore. Its a shame, because I havent yet found a replacement.

No more paper releases I always forget to pack or run out of. This is a game changer and well worth the money. Something happened in the latest release where the top line item is not visible. Still able to enter but only because I use the app so much. Please correct this and I will give 5 stars.

This release app has been the mainstay of my photography business for several years. I rely heavily on its ease of quickly creating a model release using the wizard which allows me to choose from previously stored details. Unfortunately, since the release of IOS 10 the wizard has become unusable as the drop down selection button for models has become hidden by the header and is now inaccessible. Abandoning the Wizard and selecting manually works until you arrive at the addendum, which Doesnt display the text you are typing. Please fix this as a master of urgency - its making it very difficult to use.

For 10 dollars I expected to work with each major update plenty of time to beta-test
